Key Role
Leading field research in Nepal and India, focusing on ethnographic and participatory methods to surface grounded narratives from caregivers, care receivers, and community stakeholders.
Contributing to design strategy by synthesizing insights into strategic pathways and opportunity areas.
Information design by visually mapping ecosystem relationships and flows to communicate findings across internal and external stakeholders and visual strategy for storytelling
Overview
This project is an exploration into the care ecosystem — a complex network of individuals, systems, and services involved in caregiving and care support. The primary objective is to understand the components of this ecosystem, how they are interconnected (directly and indirectly), and how our organization fits into and can evolve within this landscape.
While the exploration will begin with a global lens, we will place specific focus on countries where we operate — India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal. In these regions, we will conduct in-depth primary research in prioritized geographies to uncover context-specific insights, patterns of care, and gaps or opportunities for intervention.
Exploration is ongoing. Final outputs and insights will be shared shortly.
